If you have full-coverage or comprehensive insurance, your insurance company may offer to waive your deductible and pay for the repair in full without considering it claim. You have the right to use the repair company of your choice. By law, your insurance carrier or agent can only make recommendations, they cannot tell you who to use. You have the final word, use a specialist, use us! We specialize in repair and do not replace so we have no incentive to try to sell you a windshield and we will do the job right the first time. There are no second chances for repair. Customers have told us about replacement companies telling them the smallest, easiest to repair damage wasn't repairable and that they should replace their windshield.
